Terms & Conditions for Leider Photography
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Leider Photography through our online gallery system hosted by GotPhoto.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

 
1. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are processed only after payment has been received.
 
2. Image Access & Ordering
Access to galleries is provided via a private link or access code.
It is your responsibility to keep your access information secure.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as production begins shortly after purchase.
 
3. Product Fulfillment
Products (prints, albums, and other items) are produced through professional labs.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and time of year.
Leider Photography is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
 
4. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom nature of photography products:

All sales are final
We do not offer refunds or exchanges
If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

 
5. Image Quality & Color
Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products.
Leider Photography is not responsible for color differences due to monitor settings or viewing devices.
 
6. Digital Images
Purchased digital images are for personal use only
You may print and share your images for personal use
Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission
 
7. Copyright
All images remain the property of Leider Photography and are protected by U.S. copyright law.

Unauthorized reproduction, editing, or resale of images is prohibited.

 
8. Limitation of Liability
Leider Photography is not liable for:

Technical issues with the online gallery hosted by GotPhoto
Loss of access due to incorrect email or contact information
Delays caused by third-party vendors or shipping carriers
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

 
9. School & Event Photography
For school or organization-based photography:

Image access is provided through the school or organization
It is the customer’s responsibility to place orders within any provided deadlines
Late orders may be subject to additional fees or limited product availability
 
10. Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us promptly:

We will work with you to resolve concerns related to product defects or fulfillment errors
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
 
11. Image Storage
Leider Photography does not guarantee long-term image storage. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all purchased digital files.

 
12. Changes to These Terms
Leider Photography reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in place at the time of your order will apply.
